Allowing your users to “Like” your wordpress posts on Facebook is just a few clicks away. This tutorial shows you how to add this functionality by installing a new plugin. I have tried a few different ones and found that the quickest plugin is the Like Plugin either download it or go to Dashboard->Plugins->Add New->Search and search for like. There is also the Facebook Social Plugins which uses widgets and has more functionality but takes more time to setup.
